- Min D3 from IT field
- Self-Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in team or independently
- Team player with strong work ethics and high integrity, and hard working
- Good command in Indonesia & English both oral and written are an advantages
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Troubleshooting PC and Server including hardware and software
- Good Knowledge in PC Desktop / Notebook troubleshooting
- Good Knowledge in Windows / Unix operating systems
- Good Knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO, DFS, etc.
- Good Knowledge in Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
- Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
- Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge in Oracle would be an advantage
- Willing to work in Batam
